Made under rule 37 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[1]The claims for Unfair Dismissal and Unpaid Wages and Holiday Pay are struck out.[2]The hearing listed on 14 January 2020 is cancelled.REASONS
[1]On 13 May 2019 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to inform him that an Employment Judge was considering striking out his claims because they had no reasonable prospect of success due to having been submitted outside the required time limits as asserted in the Respondent’s letter of 9 April 2019.[2]He was given until 27 May 2019 to object to the proposal or to request a hearing at which to do so.[3]The Claimant has failed to respond to the Tribunal’s letter. The claims are therefore struck out because they have no reasonable prospect of success.
