[1]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claims of direct race discrimination, harassment and victimisation that relate to acts alleged to have occurred on or after 5 September 2015 are not well-founded and are dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claims of direct race discrimination, harassment, indirect race discrimination and victimisation that relate to acts alleged to have occurred before 5 September 2015 were not brought within the time limit under s 123 Equality Act 2010 and were not brought within such period as is just and equitable thereafter. The Tribunal does not therefore have jurisdiction to hear them and they are dismissed. The Claimant’s claim for pay in lieu of holiday accrued but untaken on termination of her employment is not well-founded and is dismissed.
