The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By an Order dated 14 February 2017 the Claimant was ordered to confirm to the Tribunal by 31 July 2017 that he had applied to the Court for permission to continue with his claim or provide evidence by that date that the administrator had consented to his claim continuing.[2]The Claimant failed to comply with that order.[3]By a letter dated 7 August 2017 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[4]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing as to why this should not be done or to request a Hearing.[5]The claim is therefore struck out.
