JUDGMENT
[1]The claims identified in paragraphs 5.1 to 5.9 inclusive of the Case Management Summary sent to the parties on 11 January 2021 are struck out.[2]The remaining claims for victimisation in respect of the complaints identified in paragraphs 5.11, 5.13 and 5.15 and the complaint of direct age and sex discrimination and victimisation identified in paragraph 5.14 of the Case Management Summary shall procced to the final hearing.REASONS
[1]By an Order dated 7 January 2021 and sent to the parties on 11 January 2021 the Tribunal required the claimant to pay a deposit of £20 for each complaint identified in paragraphs 5.1 to 5.9 of the Case Management Summary by 28 January 2021 as a condition of being allowed to pursue those claims. If no deposit were received in respect to any such claim it would be struck out.[2]No deposits have been paid and therefore the above claims have been struck out.
