JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy.[2]The Claimant was continuously employed from February 2011.[3]The Claimant did not unreasonably refuse an offer of suitable alternative employment.[4]The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment calculated on the basis of 5 weeks’ pay at £346.15 per week. 4. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of £1730.75[5]The Claimant was wrongfully dismissed without his full entitlement to 5 weeks notice.[6]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages for breach of contract in respect of 3 weeks net pay in lieu of notice at £311.60 per week, namely £934.80[7]The Respondent is further ordered to pay to the Claimant costs in the sum of £390.00 in reimbursement of the tribunal fees paid.
