[1]The complaint in respect of holiday pay is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The complaint in respect of unauthorised deductions from wages, and/or breach of contract (the on call payments claim) is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[3]The complaint in respect of direct discrimination on the grounds of marriage and civil partnership is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[4]His remaining claims against the Respondent continue in accordance with case management orders made on 22 May 2025.
