[1]The complaint of race/religion/belief discrimination is withdrawn and is dismissed. JUDGMENT[2]The claims of unfair dismissal and breach of contract are struck out.REASONS
[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £100 in relation to her allegation that she was constructively dismissed, following a Preliminary Hearing held on 29 June 2020. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 2 July 2020. The Claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints of unfair dismissal and breach of contract, which were based on that allegation, are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The Preliminary Hearing fixed for 18 August 2020 will not take place.
