JUDGMENT

[1]The claims of unauthorised deduction from wages, outstanding holiday pay and notice pay are well founded and succeed. The respondent is ordered to pay the following sums to the claimant: Unauthorised deduction from wages – £667.26 Holiday pay – £76.50 Notice pay – £320.00 Failure to provide written statement of employment particulars pursuant to section 38 of The Employment Act 2002 – the minimum amount of two weeks gross pay – £640 .00. Case Number: 1800008 /2019(V)[2]Total amount to be paid to the claimant – £1,703.76. The above figures are gross calculations and the claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax and National Insurance thereon.
