The judgment of the Tribunal with the consent of the parties is that :[1]The claimant is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £2155.50.[2]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimants pay (September 2016 in the sum of £2,395.89 + 1-19 October 2016 in the sum of £1,527.12). The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £3,923.01.[3]The respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued and untaken holiday pay. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £116.80.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £390 in respect of an award of the repayment of fees incurred by her in the issue of the tribunal complaint and for the hearing.[5]The respondent has an indebtedness to the claimant in the grand total Case Number 1800002/2017 net sum of £6,585.31.
