[1]The Claimant’s claim of detriment due to the making of a protected disclosure is not well founded and is dismissed;[2]The Claimant’s claim of unpaid wages and annual leave (treated as a wages claim) is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay £18,577.17 gross;[3]The Claimant’s claim of wrongful dismissal is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay £1666.92 gross.[4]The Claimant is responsible for any tax or statutory deductions which may be due on the award.
