[1]The Claimant’s claim that he was Unfairly Dismissed is withdrawn because it was presented prior to termination of employment, and notice of termination, such that the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider it.[2]The claim is not dismissed but it is no longer before the Tribunal for deliberation under Claim No: 1603761/2024; none of the substantive issues have been considered and the Claimant may present a further such claim.[3]Withdrawal of the Unfair Dismissal claim is without prejudice his extant claims of Disability Discrimination.
