[1]The Claimants’ claim for unauthorised deduction from wages (including unpaid accrued annual leave) are well-founded. The Respondent is directed to pay the following gross sums:1.1 To the First Claimant, £875.28;1.2 To the Second Claimant, £2042.32;1.3 To the Third Claimant, £1437.96.[2]The Claimants’ claim of wrongful dismissal are well-founded. The Respondent is directed to pay the following gross sums (which take into account earnings during the notice period):2.1 To the First Claimant, £1312.92;2.2 To the Second Claimant, £1906.86;2.3 To the Third Claimant, £1094.10.[3]The Claimants’ claims of unfair dismissal are well-founded. The Respondent is directed to pay the following gross sums: 1 of 2 Case Numbers: 1603229/2023, 1603302/2023 & 1603300/2023 (1600311 multi)3.1 To the First Claimant, a basic award of £1969.38 and a compensatory award of £1,225.28, totaling £3194.66;3.2 To the Second Claimant, a basic award of £5251.68 and a compensatory award of £1062.36, totaling £6314.04;3.3 To the Third Claimant, a basic award of £3235.41 and a compensatory award of £1066.94, totaling £4,302.35.[4]The Claimants’ claims of redundancy are well-founded but are addressed in the unfair dismissal award above.[5]The Claimants are responsible for any tax or statutory deductions that may be due.
