[1]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay is not well-founded and is dismissed;[2]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages is not wellfounded;[3]By consent, the Claimant’s claim of failure to provide itemised pay statements is well-founded in respect of pay statements due in the 13 weeks prior to the presentation of the claim to the Tribunal. The Respondent is ordered to pay compensation of £300. No uplift as sought by the Claimant in respect of an alleged failure to deal with his grievance was applied as Schedule A2 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 does not list this claim as being one permitting such an uplift.
