[1]The Claimant’s complaint of breach of contract succeeds, and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £430.00 in respect of that.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages succeeds, and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,500.00 in respect of that.[3]The Claimant’s other complaints, of direct race discrimination, victimisation, detriment by reason of having made protected disclosures, and unfair dismissal by reason of having made protected disclosures, fail and are dismissed.
