[1]By consent, the Respondent’s name is changed to FF Autocentre Ltd.[2]The Claimant’s claim of unauthorised deductions from wages under s.13(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant compensation in the following sums:a. £834 (2 weeks’ net wages payable at rate of £417/week); plusb. £583.80 (7 days accrued unused annual leave payable at rate of £83.40/day) NOTE[1]Judgment are published online after a copy has been sent to the Claimant(s) and Respondent(s) in a case.[2]Reasons for the decision having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a request is made by a party at the hearing or within 14 days of the sending of the written record of the decision.
