JUDGMENT

[1]By consent of the parties, the name of the Respondent was changed from Mr John Dunleavy to Ventilation, Mechanical and Electrical Distributors Limited.[2]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages by failing to pay the Claimant his wages due for October 2020 and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £921.48, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted. The Respondent is entitled to make any deductions which are due for tax and national insurance purposes.[3]The claim for compensation under section 24(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 was dismissed.[4]The holiday pay claim was dismissed following withdrawal of the claim by the Claimant. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February 2018 Case No: 1602430/2020(V)
