[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal by reason of making a protected disclosure is upheld.[2]The claimant is awarded a compensatory award made up of £4285.20 net loss of earnings and pension contributions and £500 compensatory for loss of statutory rights.[3]The recoupment regulations apply. The parties are referred to the annex explaining this. The monetary award is £4785.20. The prescribed element is £3835.20. The period for which the prescribed element relates is 12 weeks commencing from 2 July 2020. The monetary award exceeds the prescribed element by £950.
