JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims that she was both Unfairly and Wrongfully dismissed by the respondent on 16th October 2020 are well-founded and succeed.[2]The parties having reached a settlement in the following terms the tribunal made no determination of the application for remedy save to confirm in this Order the terms of the settlement (and therefore the recoupment provisions do not apply); as agreed, the respondent shall pay the claimant as below in full and final settlement of the above judgment:a. In respect of the finding of Wrongful Dismissal, the sum of £1,280.32;b. In respect of the finding of Unfair Dismissal, the sum of £1,240.62 TOTAL: £2,520.94[3]The claimant’s claim of direct sex discrimination fails and is dismissed.
