JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement.[3]The sums of £1,810.50 holiday pay and £6,922.50 wages were outstanding and due to the claimant (a total of £8,733) but the respondent paid to the claimant £1,911.09 on account of sums due. In consequence of the judgment at paragraphs 1 and 2 above and the said payment the respondent shall pay to the claimant £6,821.91 subject to the usual statutory deductions.[4]The claims succeed and any listed hearing is cancelled.
