JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of pregnancy and maternity discrimination are dismissed because they were not presented in time and it is not just and equitable to extend time for the presentation of these claims.[2]The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed because it was not presented by a time when it was reasonable to have done so.[3]It is just and equitable to extend time for the presentation of the claims of disability discrimination which relate to the respondent’s dismissal and appeal procedure as set out in paragraphs 38- 40 of the claimant’s witness statement dated the 25 March 2024.
