[1]By a letter dated 23 July 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• The Claimant has not complied with the case management orders of Employment Judge Jenkins dated 9 February 2021, specifically paragraphs 2, 4, 6, 12, 14, 17, 19 and 26.• the Claimant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence dated 13 July, 23 July, and 2 August 2021.• It has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 5 and 6 August 2021 will not take place.
