[1]The Claimant’s claims against Giant Professional Ltd made in the Wales Employment Tribunal under the above case number are dismissed upon withdrawal, being duplicated claims made in error;[2]The withdrawal and this dismissal is without prejudice to, and does not affect, the same allegations and claims contemporaneously being pursued by the Claimant against Giant Professional in the London Central Employment Tribunal (cases numbered: 2215030/23 & 2215667/23) or in the County Court under cases numbered K6QZ7P5N & K2QZ4R5H, still lodged with the National Civil Business Centre). The Claimant wishes to continue with these other proceedings.[3]No facts have been found or issues determined by this Tribunal in respect of the Claimant’s claims against Giant Professional Ltd.[4]Dismissal of the claims against Giant Professional Ltd does not affect the claim of Race Discrimination being pursued by the Claimant against DTCC Europe Ltd. in the Wales Tribunal under case number 1602173/23.
