JUDGMENT
[1]The Final Hearing listed on 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 December 2021 is vacated.[2]The parties having agreed terms of settlement with the assistance of ACAS, these proceedings are stayed until 20 December 2021, to enable the parties to comply with those terms of settlement.[3]On 20 December 2021, the Claimant’s claims will be dismissed upon withdrawal, unless the Claimant has written to the Tribunal indicating he wishes these proceedings to continue.[4]If the Respondent fails to comply with the terms of settlement, it is essential that the Claimant writes to the Tribunal before 20 December 2021 – the effect of paragraph 3 of this Judgment means these proceedings will be automatically struck out, without the need for any further order or application, if the Tribunal has no further contact from the Claimant prior to that date.
