JUDGMENT
In respect of the Claimant’s claims, noted, in a Judgment sent to the parties on 8 January 2021, as having succeeded, the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums:[1]In respect of unfair dismissal, a basic award of £976.64 and a compensatory award of £2,902.02, totalling £3,878.66.[2]In respect of unauthorised deductions from wages, the gross sum of £160.89.[3]In respect of failure to pay in repevt of accrued but untaken holiday, the gross sum of £446.46. In total therefore, the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £4,486.01.
