JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in July and August 2019 as follows:1.1 July wage deduction: £60.00 net1.2 August wage deduction: £450 net1.3 Non-payment of last day’s pay: 5hrs X £16.50 = £82.50 subject to deduction of tax/NI[2]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract with regard to notice of termination and shall pay to the claimant compensation of £594.00 (1 week’s pay) subject to deduction of tax/NI.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,186.50 subject to the usual statutory deductions as indicated above at paragraphs 1.3 and 2 above.
