Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction(s) from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £786 subject to the usual statutory deductions in respect thereof.[2]The claimant having lodged a grievance the respondent failed to follow an applicable statutory code in relation to that grievance and shall pay to the claimant an additional sum of £196.50 (25% of the above award) for such failure.[3]The claim succeeds; a hearing is not required; any listed hearing is cancelled.
