JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds.[2]The Claimant’s claims for loss of statutory rights and personal injuries are not wellfounded and are dismissed.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant as compensation for unfair dismissal the sum of £1,396.08 as follows:a. Basic award: no award in lieu of five weeks’ statutory redundancy having already been paid.b. Compensatory award: 1,396.08 which is made net of tax and national insurance deductions.[4]For the purposes of regulation 4 Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996:a. The prescribed element is: £1,396.08.b. The prescribed period is: 1 July 2020 to 22 March 2021. Case No. 1601917/2020c. Total monetary award for unfair dismissal: £1,396.d.
