Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in the net sum of £1,344.00 (having worked 12 weeks at an average wage of £192 net per week, for which she was paid for five weeks and unpaid for seven weeks).[2]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract with regard to notice of termination and shall pay £192 net notice pay in lieu by way of damage].[3]The total sum that the respondent shall pay to the claimant in consequence of the above judgment is £1,536.00.[4]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the loan agreement made between the parties, a civil claim that is not in relation to employment rights and which may be appropriate for County Court action.[5]No hearing is required. Any listed hearing is cancelled.
