JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims of wrongful dismissal and holiday pay were not brought within the relevant time limits. It was reasonably practicable to bring these claims in time. The claims for wrongful dismissal and holiday pay are therefore dismissed.[2]The Claimant was entitled to receive a statutory redundancy payment. This was not paid to him by the Respondent so his claim for a statutory redundancy payment succeeds.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £2,497.60 gross (based on the Claimant’s age and continuous service from November 2014).
