[1]Time is not extended for the filing of the respondents’ response[2]The second and third respondents are dismissed from proceedings and the following awards are made against the first (and now sole) respondent, Ms W Smith[3]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the claimant and is directed to pay her £3,111.00[4]The respondent failed to make payments into a pension scheme for the benefit of the claimant and is directed to pay the claimant £204.79[5]The respondent failed to make a proper payment to the claimant at the termination of her employment representing holiday accrued and untaken and is directed to pay the claimant £1,733.52[6]The respondent breached the contract of the claimant by Case No: 1601836/2018 failing to give notice of dismissal and the claimant is awarded damages in the sum of £457.32[7]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a statement of principal terms of employment and is directed to pay the claimant £914.65[8]The respondent is directed to pay the claimant £1,440 (£1,200 plus VAT) in respect of the claimant’s costs.
