JUDGMENT

ON A PRE-HEARING REVIEW The judgment of the tribunal is that:-

[1]It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to present his claim of unfair dismissal within the time limits set out in the Employment Rights Act 1996, and the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear his claim which were presented after that period, and the claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed.

[2]The claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and in respect of a redundancy payment have no reasonable prospect of success and are dismissed.
