Miss R Sullivan v The Wallich: 1601789/2023
JUDGMENT
The complaint of Unfair Dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 03 October 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of Unfair Dismissal should not be struck out because it: it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of Unfair Dismissal is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim will be listed for hearing and a notice of hearing will follow shortly. _____________________________ Employment Judge Harfield 23 October 2023[1]The claim was issued in the Wales Employment Tribunals on 23 August 2023. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £1993.33 in total. The hearing listed on 2 February 2024 cancelled.
