JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal. The remaining claims will proceed to hearing.

[1]The Claimant’s claim of age discrimination is not well founded and is dismissed.

[2]Contrary to s13 Employment Rights Act 1996, the Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages, in respect of the overtime he had worked. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,706.33 in respect of unpaid wages (as calculated in the schedule attached).
