[1]The claimant’s claim that the respondent made unauthorised deductions from his wages is well-founded and succeeds in respect of an excessive deduction of repayable training fees in the sum of £200;[2]The respondent owes, and has tried to pay in good time, wages earned by the claimant in the sum of £233.80;[3]The claimant’s claim that the respondent failed to provide itemised pay statements is not well-founded, fails and is dismissed;[4]In consequence of the above the respondent shall pay to the claimant £433.80 (which the respondent offered to tender today in person).
