JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondents directly discriminated against the Claimant because of her race; and harassed the Claimant because of her race; and victimized the Claimant because of her race so that the Claimant suffered detriment and dismissal.[2]The Respondents do pay compensation to the Claimant as follows:(a) £21,342.72 for loss of earnings together with the sum of £3,201.40 being an ACAS uplift of 15% for breach of the ACAS Code of Practice. TOTAL: £24,544.12 And interest of £1,570.80(b) £20,000 for injury to feelings together with the sum of £3,000 being an ACAS uplift of 15% for breach of the ACAS Code of Practice TOTAL: £23,000.00 And interest of £2,760.00 GRAND TOTAL AWARD of (a) and (b) £51,874.92 Case Number: 1601761/2019
