JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim that the respondent breached his contract of employment with regard to notice of termination is withdrawn and is dismissed;[2]The claimant’s claim that the respondent failed to pay to him holiday pay that had accrued and was due to him on termination of employment is not well-founded, fails and is dismissed;[3]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum outstanding of £1,085 (which figure was agreed by the parties as being the sum in question).
