JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent’s name is amended to Celtic Coast Fish Company Ltd.[2]The claim is struck out under rule 37 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 on the grounds:a. that the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by the claimant has been unreasonable (Rule 37(1)(b)); andb. that the claimant has not complied with the case management orders of the Tribunal sent to the parties on 26 September 2019 (Rule 37(1)(c)).[3]The claimant is ordered to pay the respondent’s costs in the sum of £1,500 within 28 Days of the date this Judgment is sent to the parties.
