[1]The Claimant’s claims against the Respondent for unfair dismissal, unpaid wages, notice pay and a failure to provide written particulars under s.1 Employment Rights Act 1996 (4 weeks’ pay) are well founded and shall succeed. The Claimant is entitled to compensation as follows: Basic award £3, 150.00 Notice pay: £3, 333.00 Unpaid wages: £12, 000 Failure to issue a statement of particulars £3, 076 TOTAL AWARD £21, 559.00 1601685/2020[3]For the avoidance of doubt, the judgment issued for the Claimant in this case under claim number 1601685/2020 on 2nd June 2021 shall also apply in respect of claim number 1602281/2020.
