[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal within the meaning of Sections 95(1)(c) and 98(4) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The claimant is not disabled within the meaning of Section 6 of the Equality Act 2010, consequently the claimant’s claims of disability discrimination are not well founded and are dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim of discrimination because of the protected characteristic of race pursuant to section 13 Equality Act 2010 is not well founded and is dismissed.[4]The claimant’s claim of victimisation pursuant to section 27 Equality Act 2010 is not well founded and is dismissed.
