JUDGMENT

[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s application for an extension of time to pursue her claims for unpaid wages, holiday pay, unpaid mileage allowance, unpaid mobile phone expenses and other unpaid expenses is granted. This is on the basis that it was not reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented within three months of her alleged dismissal, namely by 27 October 2018, and it was presented on 29 October 2018 which the Tribunal considered to be a further period which was reasonable. It is also the judgment of the Tribunal that it is just and equitable to extend the period within which the Claimant is entitled to bring a claim for disability discrimination to 29 October 2018.
