JUDGMENT
[1]It is declared that the respondent failed to give to the claimant itemised pay statements for the period of 13 July 2022 to 11 September 2022.[2]The claimant’s complaint of non-payment of wages contrary to Part 2 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and succeeds.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1613.40 gross, calculated as follows: Gross wages due 13 July 2022 – 11 September 2022 = £4326.92 Less gross wages paid = £2713.52 Gross wages unpaid and due = £1613.40 The claimant is responsible for any income tax or employee national insurance contributions that may be due on the sums awarded.
