JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine the claims of unfair dismissal and for a redundancy payment.[2]As such, those claims have no reasonable prospects of success and are struck out pursuant to Rule 37 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. EMPLOYMENT JUDGE S POVEY Dated: 26 May 2023 Order posted to the parties on 31 May 2023 For Secretary of the Tribunals Mr N Roche Case Number: 1601509/2022 EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Miss S Day Respondent: Pilgrim's UK Lamb Ltd

REASONS

[1]By case management orders of 26 May 2023, the Tribunal warned the Claimant that unless she complied with outstanding disability directions and provided further information regarding her remaining complaints to the Tribunal by 15 June 2023, her claim in its entirety would be struck out because it was not being actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has failed to comply as directed. The claim is therefore struck out.
