JUDGMENT
[1]By the respondents’ concession, the claimant’s claim that she was unfairly dismissed on 31 August 2022 is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The parties reached settlement; the respondents shall pay to the claimant the sum of £43,199.09 subject to tax, payable by 13 June 2023. By CONSENT, the hearing is adjourned to allow the parties to implement the agreed terms of settlement. Either party may apply to restore the case for further hearing in default. If no such application is received by 20 June 2023 the claim shall be dismissed on deemed withdrawal.
