[1]The Claimant was not unfairly dismissed, and her claim of unfair dismissal therefore fails.[2]The Claimant was not wrongfully dismissed, and her claim of breach of contract therefore fails.[3]The Claimant was not dismissed by reason of redundancy, and her claim for a redundancy payment therefore fails.[4]The Claimant’s claim of unauthorised deductions from wages was brought outside the stipulated time limit and it was reasonably practicable for it to have been brought in time; her claim of unauthorised deductions from wages therefore fails.[5]The Claimant was not paid in respect of accrued but untaken holiday, and her claim in respect of that therefore succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £131.36 in respect of that.
