JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was permitted to amend his Claim to include a complaint of discrimination arising from disability under section 15 of the Equality Act 2010.[2]The complaints of direct discrimination, indirect discrimination, discrimination arising from disability, and that the Respondent failed in its duty to make reasonable adjustments were presented outside the relevant time limit. It is not just and equitable to extend time to allow the complaints to be heard outside the time limit. The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear these complaints. These complaints are dismissed.[3]The complaint of victimisation fails and is dismissed.[4]The Claim is therefore dismissed in its entirety.
