JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal, by CONSENT of the parties, is that the claimant’s claims are well-founded and succeed and the respondent is ORDERED as follows:[1]The respondent shall pay to the First Claimant the sum of £2,577.60 in respect of notice pay, redundancy pay and holiday pay, that was due to him from the respondent on termination of his employment, by no later than 4 p.m. on 1st March 2019.[2]The respondent shall pay to the Second Claimant the sum of £2,100 in respect of notice pay, redundancy pay and holiday pay, that was due to him from the respondent on termination of his employment, by no later than 4 p.m. on 1st March 2019.
