JUDGMENT

On application of the Claimant and such application being unopposed by the Respondent:[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to A.T.D Carpentry Ltd;[2]The Claimant was a worker of the Respondent within the meaning of the Working Time Regulations 1998 and the Employment Rights Act 1996 for the period 18 January 2021 until termination on 26 January 2024;[3]The complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages and in respect of holiday pay are well-founded. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the gross sum of £10,095.00;[4]When the proceedings were begun the Respondent was in breach of its duty to provide the Claimant with a written statement of employment particulars. In accordance with section 38 Employment Act 2002 the Respondent shall therefore pay the Claimant an additional sum of £1929.00. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No: 1601335/2024
