[1]By an email dated 30 December 2020, the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because it had not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 7 January 2021 at 10:00am will now deal with the Respondent’s application for a preparation time order, and the time allocated to the hearing has been reduced to two hours.
