[1]The complaint of unpaid statutory redundancy payment, having been withdrawn by the Claimant, is dismissed under Rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[2]The complaint of unpaid wages is made out and succeeds.[3]The complaint of unpaid holiday pay is made out and succeeds.[4]The compliant of unpaid notice pay is not made out and is dismissed.[5]The Respondent must pay the Claimant the sum of £16,942.26, made up as follows: £ 5.1.
