JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement; it is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £309.17 subject to tax and national insurance in respect thereof.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £384.60 subject to tax and national insurance.[3]In consequence of the above the respondent shall pay to the claimant £693.77 subject to statutory deductions.[4]No further hearing is required.
